The Law Office of Peter R. Simmons, P.C. was founded by Attorney Simmons in 2005 to serve the legal needs of residents of Atlanta and surrounding counties charged with criminal offenses in the Superior, State, Magistrate, Juvenile and Recorder’s Courts of Georgia.
Prior to opening the law firm, Attorney Simmons worked as an associate attorney at Cochran, Davis & Associates, P.C., in Los Angeles, California specializing in employment, professional liability, personal injury, construction defect and insurance disputes.
Attorney Simmons holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California Berkeley and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.
Attorney Simmons is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia, the Supreme Court of the State of California and the United States District Court Central District of California.
